The Agile Talent Community (ATC) is a central hub for our Independent Consultants, enabling us to connect, engage and deploy people from the Community through our dedicated Agile Talent Team. As an Operations and Compliance Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in shaping and supporting the Community. Working closely with colleagues across the team, you’ll coordinate the full consultant lifecycle, ensure compliance requirements are met, and helping us deliver on key service level agreements - all while contributing to a culture of agility, collaboration and continuous improvement. 

A look into the role  

As an Operations and Compliance Coordinator within our Agile Talent Community Team, you will be a trusted point of contact, providing guidance and operational support to both internal stakeholders and our Independent Consultants. You’ll: 

• Act as the first line of support for queries, ensuring they’re resolved efficiently and collaboratively by working closely with teams involved in onboarding. 

• Prepare and issue contractual documents with precision and care, tracking returns and following up on any outstanding information. 

• Carry out audit and control checks across key data sets — including independence declarations, professional indemnity cover, invoicing, and mandatory training — to ensure compliance is consistently maintained. 

• Become a Super User of our management system, supporting others in navigating it confidently and in line with best practice. 

• Keep our documentation, tools and guidance up to date, always looking for ways to improve and streamline. 

• Contribute to team meetings and initiatives, including helping to organise Community events that bring people together and strengthen engagement. 

Knowing you’re right for us  

Joining us as an Operations and Compliance Coordinator, the minimum criteria you’ll need is previous administrative experience with a recruitment or compliance background. We’re looking for someone who’s curious, collaborative and ready to grow so it would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way.  

• A confident communicator who’s clear, approachable and proactive. 

• A problem-solver with a passion for delivering great service. 

• Comfortable working to deadlines and service levels, without compromising on quality. 

• Strong attention to detail and a well-organised approach. 

• Experience with Workday. 

• Familiarity with case management systems — or a willingness to learn.
