Aufgaben
Begleitung der Transformation hin zu einer produkt- und KI-orientierten Arbeitsweise innerhalb einer gewachsenen Organisationsstruktur
Coaching von Führungskräften, Product Ownern und Stakeholdern in agilen Prinzipien, Ownership und im Umgang mit Unsicherheit
Konzeption und Umsetzung wirksamer Veränderungsmaßnahmen, von gezielten Impulsen bis hin zu langfristiger Begleitung auf Team- und Führungsebene
Sicherstellen einer klaren Delivery-Struktur in den Factory-Squads, abgestimmt auf die Dynamik von AI-Produktentwicklung
Aufbau pragmatischer, skalierbarer agiler Strukturen, während sich die Organisation von zentraler zu dezentraler Umsetzung entwickelt
Ableiten verständlicher Steuerungsimpulse aus Delivery-Daten für das Management
Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung einer bereichsübergreifenden Agile Community
Unterstützung neuer Business Units beim Einstieg in KI-getriebene Arbeitsweisen und beim Aufbau ihrer agilen Reife

Coach leaders, product owners, and stakeholders on agile thinking, ownership, and navigating uncertainty
Design and implement change interventions that create lasting impact, from targeted impulses to embedded coaching across teams and leadership
Establish clear delivery structures across Factory squads, aligned with the realities of AI product development
Build pragmatic and scalable agile setups as the organization evolves from centralized to distributed delivery
Translate delivery data into actionable insights for management
Set up and grow an agile community of practice across the Factory and beyond
Support newly onboarded business units in adopting AI-driven ways of working and building their agile maturity
Anforderungen
Langjährige Erfahrung als Agile Coach mit nachweisbarer Wirkung in Organisationsentwicklung und Transformation auf Führungsebene
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in einem relevanten Bereich wie Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar.
Fundierter Hintergrund in digitalen, daten- oder KI-getriebenen Produktumfeldern sowie Erfahrung mit explorativer Produktentwicklung
Erfahrung im Change Management, z. B. mit gängigen Modellen wie PROSCI oder Kotter, kombiniert mit agilen Arbeitsweisen
Systemischer Coaching-Ansatz und Sicherheit im Umgang mit komplexen Organisationsdynamiken; Konfliktmoderation ist dir vertraut
Souveräner Umgang mit Unsicherheit, wechselnden Rahmenbedingungen und internationaler Zusammenarbeit
Starkes Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse und Wertschöpfung sowie die Fähigkeit, technische Arbeit in konkrete Ergebnisse zu übersetzen
Fähigkeit, auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen zu arbeiten – vom Austausch mit dem Top-Management bis zur Moderation von Teamformaten
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie eine fundierte Ausbildung oder Zertifizierung im agilen Umfeld
English Version:
Extensive experience as an Agile Coach with a proven track record in organizational change and leadership transformation
Completed degree in a relevant field such as Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline
Strong background in digital, data, or AI-driven product environments and experience with exploratory delivery models
Solid change management experience, ideally with frameworks such as PROSCI or Kotter, combined with agile practices
Systemic coaching approach and confidence in navigating complex organizational dynamics; conflict facilitation is familiar territory
Ability to stay effective in uncertain environments and in international collaboration with different working cultures
Strong understanding of business processes and value creation, with the ability to connect technical work to tangible outcomes
Ability to operate across different levels, from executive conversations to team-level facilitation
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, plus a solid background or certification in agile methodologies
