Digify is document security and data room software. It lets companies control, protect and track confidential documents after they are shared. Customers use Digify for fundraising, due diligence, protecting IP and securing sensitive communications. Digify is used by more than 800,000 professionals in 138 countries.

The Role
We are rebuilding how we make software. Our product teams work as nimble pods: a PM who builds, a few agentic developers, and QA. There are no long handoff chains.

This is not a traditional PM role. You'll get the product direction and priorities. How to solve them is yours. You'll dig into the problem, decide what to build, prototype it yourself with AI tools, and hand developers something working to build from. You own the outcome from first idea to adoption.

What You’ll Do

• Talk to customers and users to find the problems worth solving, then decide which ones matter.
• Make product calls with incomplete information, and change course when the evidence says so.
• Build working prototypes yourself with AI tools, good enough for users to test and developers to build from.
• Make sensible design decisions without waiting for a designer. You have taste and know when something looks and feels right.
• Work day to day with the developers in your pod, answering questions fast and keeping work moving.
• Measure what you ship and use the data to decide what comes next.

You Might Be a Fit If You

• Are comfortable with ambiguity and work well without being told what to do.
• Have shipped products you prototyped yourself, and can show us.
• Use AI heavily but critically. You can explain where you overruled the model and why.
• Answer the question asked, listen well, and think clearly on your feet when challenged.
• Prefer small, fast teams over process, meetings and layers.
• Hold strong opinions but ready to change them when shown better evidence.

Requirements

• 3+ years in product, design or engineering roles, with real ownership of shipped B2B or SaaS products.

• A portfolio or examples of prototypes or products you built yourself.
• Clear written and spoken English. You will interview customers from many countries.
• Based in Singapore or willing to relocate.
