As an Agentic AI Developer - Senior Associate, you will focus on utilizing advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making. Within our Data, Analytics & AI practice, you will leverage skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to support clients in solving complex business problems. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, learning how to manage and inspire others while navigating increasingly complex situations. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work and growing your personal brand.

Responsibilities

- Leveraging advanced analytics techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making
- Utilizing algorithm development and machine learning to optimize client operations and achieve strategic goals
- Applying data manipulation and visualization skills to support clients in solving complex business problems
- Developing and implementing data analysis software solutions to enhance client support and regulatory compliance
- Collaborating with teams to anticipate client needs and deliver quality solutions in ambiguous situations
- Building meaningful client connections and managing relationships to inspire and guide others
- Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations that align with broader business objectives
- Upholding professional and technical standards while navigating complex regulatory environments

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance

- At least one of the following: Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS)

- Strong Python skills and working knowledge of SQL.

- Experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions.

- Deep skill in TypeScript, React, and Node.js, with strong Next.js (App Router) experience.

- Develop backend APIs and services using Python (FastAPI, Flask) and/or Node.js (Express) to serve AI capabilities to end users.

- Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployment workflows.

- Hands-on work with agentic AI and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK), job queues, and event-driven systems.

- Experience putting LLM and AI APIs into production, plus a strong grasp of application security.

- Demonstrating proficiency in Python for machine learning applications

- Utilizing data analysis software to derive actionable insights

- Engaging in algorithm development to enhance data processing

- Applying analytic research skills to support client projects

- Adapting to diverse client needs in a fast-paced environment
