We are looking for a Agent, Guest Experience to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will provide warm, seamless and personalized service throughout the guest journey, anticipating guest needs, handling requests and concerns, and creating memorable experiences that reflect the high service standards of the Resort.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and farewell guests, provide information about the Resort and local attractions and assist with room escorts and VIP recognition.
• Prepare lobby amenities and arrange special occasions, creating memorable guest experiences.
• Handle and follow up on guest requests and complaints, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor guest satisfaction through reports and courtesy calls, identifying and following up on areas requiring attention.
• Conduct regular breakfast and dinner rounds, welcoming guests and assisting with special requests.
• Support the hotel’s online reputation by encouraging guests to share their experiences through online reviews.
• Follow all Health & Safety rules, hotel policies, SOPs and Brand Standards and attend required training and development sessions.

Requirements

• Diploma from an IEK or a two-year technical qualification, preferably in Hospitality or a related field.
• Excellent command of written and spoken Greek and English.
• Strong communication and guest service skills, with a genuine passion for creating positive guest experiences.
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Good computer skills and willingness to learn and use hotel systems and software.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work well with guests, colleagues and external partners.
• Flexible and adaptable approach, with a commitment to maintaining Brand Standards, hotel policies and SOPs.
