We are looking for an Aftersales Customer Support Associate for our Yamaha Division.
You will be called to:
- Provide exceptional customer support by responding to inquiries from customers and the dealer network
- Coordinate and monitor safety recall campaigns, ensuring their timely and accurate execution
- Distribute technical service bulletins and communicate important technical updates to the dealer network
- Support and coordinate the motorcycle homologation process. Maintain and update data in ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and actively participate in Aftersales projects and company events
Requirements
Who you are:
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Aftersales Customer Support, or a similar customer-facing role ideally in the automotive, motorcycle, or related technical industry will be considered a strong asset
- Mechanical knowledge and a good understanding of vehicle or motorcycle technical concepts
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering will be considered an advantage
- Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems
- A customer-centric mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive, problem-solving approach
