As an AES Salesforce LwC+ CG Cloud Developer – Senior Associate- Operate, you will engage in connecting Salesforce with other systems, applications, or databases to enable seamless data flow and process automation. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. In this role at PwC, you will design, develop, and implement integration solutions using various integration technologies and tools, such as Salesforce APIs, middleware platforms, and web services.

Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will be part of a team that specializes in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities

- Designing and implementing integration solutions using Salesforce APIs and middleware platforms
- Developing seamless data flow and process automation between Salesforce and other systems
- Analyzing client needs to optimize operational efficiency through software solutions
- Providing training and support for the integration and utilization of business applications
- Collaborating with clients to understand and address their strategic objectives
- Utilizing critical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate new ideas
- Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for client engagements
- Upholding professional and technical standards in line with firm guidelines
- Building meaningful client connections and managing stakeholder expectations
- Navigating complex situations to deliver quality work and grow personal skills

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: One or more Salesforce certifications aligned to system integration delivery, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales or Service Cloud Consultant, Integration Architecture Designer, or Platform Developer I

- Knowledge and experience in Consumer Goods (CG) Cloud.
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce APIs and Salesforce Development
- Utilizing skills in Integration Architecture Implementation and Middleware Development
- Excelling in analytical thinking and business integrations
- Embracing change and demonstrating intellectual curiosity
- Developing Salesforce customization and Salesforce data architecture skills
