As an Oracle Cloud Technical Director - Operate, you will lead the charge in delivering innovative Oracle technology solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their unique needs and translating these into strategic Oracle solutions that drive business success. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You will be instrumental in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will cultivate an environment where people and technology thrive together, promoting technological advances and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. You will work within our Application Evolution Services - Oracle practice, leveraging your skills to identify market opportunities and convert them into successes for the firm. Your leadership will be key in upholding PwC's reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion, while actively collaborating across the PwC Network to maximize client satisfaction and scale efficiencies.

Responsibilities

- Leading strategic technology planning and execution for Oracle Cloud solutions
- Overseeing multiple projects to drive business transformation and process optimization
- Collaborating with clients to deliver Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure solutions
- Guiding teams in the development and deployment of Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher and Oracle Data Integration tools
- Promoting innovation and creativity in AI-human collaboration and digital tooling
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to enhance service excellence and support business growth
- Mentoring and coaching team members to foster professional development and inclusion
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and systemic thinking within client engagements
- Encouraging rapid experimentation and reframing to address complex challenges
- Utilizing analytical thinking and strategic questioning to inform decision-making and drive results

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher
- Utilizing strategic technology planning to drive business transformation
- Excelling in AI-Human collaboration and digital tooling
- Leading process improvement and optimization initiatives
