Your Mission
As an Adobe Ecosystem Business Development Director, you are responsible for driving growth through our strategic Adobe partnership. You identify new opportunities, build trusted relationships across Accenture, Adobe, and client organizations, and help clients unlock business value through innovative solutions and transformation initiatives. You bring together ecosystem capabilities, industry knowledge, and sales expertise to create differentiated opportunities and accelerate growth.

Your Daily Work
- Drive Adobe opportunity origination You proactively identify, qualify, and advance new business opportunities through close collaboration with client account teams, Adobe stakeholders, and direct client engagement.
- Lead strategic partner growth initiatives You establish and execute partner-aligned go-to-market strategies, customer targeting approaches, co-sell motions, and joint business development programs with Adobe.
- Build executive-level relationships You engage with senior client leaders, Accenture leadership, and Adobe executives to develop pursuit strategies, strengthen relationships, and create long-term business value.
- Develop differentiated client solutions You combine Adobe technologies with Accenture capabilities to address complex client challenges, deliver measurable ROI, and create innovative transformation roadmaps.
- Enable ecosystem success You promote Accenture and Adobe joint offerings, develop thought leadership, manage partner investments, and build awareness of the combined value proposition across the market.
Who You Are
- Degree in Economics, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or comparable professional qualification
- Around 10 years of business development experience within the professional services industry
- Proven experience in channel management, ecosystem partnerships, and partner-led growth models
- Strong communication skills in both German and English
- Willingness to travel across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Poland
- Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders and client executives
- Strong understanding of Adobe technologies, solutions, and ecosystem offerings
