- Coordinate cross-functionally to manage logistics, timelines, and stakeholder alignment from start to finish
Project, Program & Process
- Lead and manage large, complex cross-functional projects with measurable business impact
- Track workstreams, surface blockers, and keep stakeholders aligned and informed
- Identify operational gaps and build the processes to close them — not just managing existing workflows but creating structure where it doesn't yet exist
- Leverage Asana's own product and AI tools to design, document, and optimize operational workflows; helping leaders adopt and model best practices is a core expectation of this role
Stakeholder Partnership
- Maintain a working knowledge of key internal and external stakeholders to effectively interface on the executive's behalf across all levels of the organization
- Build trusted relationships across the organization, including with chiefs of staff, people partners, and other ABPs

Culture & Operational Excellence
- Embody Asana's operating principles and mission in day-to-day work
- Demonstrate curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies; actively use them to improve productivity, collaboration, and decision-making
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of ABP team practices, knowledge-sharing, and team camaraderie
