Join us as an Administrative Assistant and help ensure the efficient execution of main business support processes that allow seamless operations across our commercial and customer service platforms. 

You will support the administration, control, and execution of administrative processes related to customer and store data management, user account creation, invoicing activities, and business system support. Your customer-oriented approach will help ensure process accuracy, data integrity, and excellent service for all partners. 

As a trusted business support professional, you will collaborate with multiple teams to maintain customer records, manage documentation, support platform users, resolve system-related issues, and ensure compliance with established procedures. Your work will directly help operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and the successful execution of business processes. 

You will report to the Business Support Manager. This is an onsite role based in Tultitlán, Estado de México.

Main Responsibilities. 

• Manage Axxess and VDT user accounts, including the review and validation of documentation and required forms according to established procedures. 

• Review documentation and process customer and store catalog requests, including additions, updates, and deactivations across Mexico. 

• Manage contracts, addenda, and customer-related documentation. 

• Provide phone support to users regarding the Axxess portal, VDT application, and related administrative processes. 

• Assist users by resolving frequently asked questions and providing guidance on platform functionalities and business processes. 

• Identify, document, and escalate issues related to the Axxess portal and VDT application to ensure resolution. 

• Create reports, presentations, and administrative documentation to support business operations. 

• Ensure compliance with established processes, and quality standards while delivering accurate support services.

Qualifications. 

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 

• 2+ years of experience providing customer support through telephone and administrative assistance. 

• Experience working with CRM platforms; Salesforce experience desirable. 

• Experience creating reports, presentations, and business documentation.
