About this role:

In this role, you will:

• Support moderately complex administrative tasks
• Assist in routine timecard approval, workforce planning activities, tracking of deliverables, and reports preparation
• Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational, and customer support tasks
• Receive direction from supervisors regarding routine administrative process
• Provide support in expense accounts
• Assist with open requisitions, scheduling interviews and follow up items related to hiring

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of Administrative Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience working in the financial services industry
• Strong time management and prioritization skills while coordinating administrative support multiple leaders.
• Ability to manage changing travel itineraries, schedule events, assist with internal and external presentations, accurately manage expense reimbursement, manage a busy calendar and appointments
• Experience working with project management
• Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
• Ability to answer and manage multiple phone lines
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

• This position will cover the following Districts: Cedar City, UT; Salt Lake City, UT; Las Vegas, NV
