Position Purpose:

Performs receptionist duties and provide administrative support to the executive assistants.

Key Details: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Sponsorship and future sponsorship are not available for this opportunity, including employment-based visa types H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, or CPT.

This is an onsite position located at 750 Prides Crossing, Newark, DE 19713.

• Perform a variety of clerical or administrative work such as scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, typing, filing, making copies, completing reports or presentations
• Answer and direct incoming calls in a prompt, courteous manner
• Acknowledge and monitor visitors/guests to ensure they are not waiting too long
• Respond to guests’ questions and needs to ensure they feel welcome
• Assures that the reception area is neat and orderly
• Professionally interact with executive team and assist with any task requests
• Serve as back up for executive assistants in their absence
• Assist supervisor with reviewing call trends and recommend improvements.
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards

Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ year previous experience in one or more areas such as receptionist, administrative assistance or customer service. An Associate’s degree in lieu of experience may be considered.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.

Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task or manage incoming calls in in a prompt, courteous manner.
