Your role and responsibilities :

We are looking for an Administration Specialist who will be responsible for the smooth operation of the reception area and office administration, as well as providing administrative support to the business at our Kraków location

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Reception duties (handling visitors and employees, phone calls).
• Organization of domestic and international parcel shipments.
• Document management (incoming and outgoing correspondence).
• Procurement (ordering groceries, office supplies, business cards, and stamps).
• Processing and reconciling invoices.
• Support to the business in administrative tasks.
  

Qualifications for the role:

• Experience in office work and direct customer service.
• Secondary or higher education in administration field or similar
• Ability to work in a team and share knowledge.
• Attention to detail, focus on precise task execution and repetitive work.
• Good organization of own work and time management skills ; Managing several tasks at once.
• Ability to set priorities and execute tasks according to their importance and to respond to changes after implementation.
• Initiative in performing familiar tasks and agreements.
• Good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• High personal culture.
• Communicative level of English, both written and spoken.
