Position Summary
Credence has an immediate need for a Acquisition Intelligence Program Manager at the journeyman level who will be primarily responsible for supporting the Cyber Resiliency Office for Weapon Systems (CROWS) at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.
CROWS is organizationally located under AFLCMC/EN-EZ with mission responsibility for ‘baking in’ cyber resiliency into new weapon systems and mitigation of ‘critical’ vulnerabilities in fielded weapon systems.
CROWS is primarily located at two locations: Hanscom Air Force Base (AFB) and Wright-Patterson AFB. There are CROWS personnel located in various locations throughout the AF to provide cyber resiliency support. The major functional areas within CROWS are as follows:
- CROWS Leadership
- Acquisition Support to increase system security engineering principles into acquisition community
- Manpower, Education and Training
- Intelligence integration to increase cyber posture
- Management of data reporting and tracking of cyber vulnerabilities and risks
- Data capture, repository and analytics to enable risk-based decision making
- Inquiry management and adjudication to respond to external inquiries on cyber posture
- Gap analysis of cyber risks for a comprehensive understanding of risk
- Vulnerability and Risk Assessment Projects
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:
- Assist with technical program management work in an intelligence environment, including building the team’s annual action plan and planning, organizing, and presenting assessments of program and project management concepts, analyses, studies, and procedures.
- Manage the design, collection, collation, and reporting of the team’s measures of effectiveness against annual action plans, goals, and objectives.
- Accurately source, review, synthesize, and aggregate classified information by searching known databases, existing intelligence reporting, and other organizational information to present timely and accurate classified data in a standardized, consumable product.
- Manage the review, cataloging, and reporting of intelligence reports and Intelligence Community (IC) products supporting CROWS teams.
- Design and disseminate the CyberFlash product, Cyber Intelligence Straight to Your Inbox (CISTYI), and other CROWS-generated products.
- Provide administrative support to the Cybersecurity and Intelligence Working Group (CSIWG), including organizing presentations and setting up video teleconferences.
- Perform administrative duties associated with intelligence products, including creating and maintaining distribution lists, disseminating products, and maintaining the products’ overarching design.
- Review and analyze technical intelligence reporting and threat assessments.
- Ensure the team provides technical intelligence analysis feedback to information producers.
- Support unclassified and secure video teleconferences and other communication methods.
Requirements
- Must have an active or current Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility, verifiable in the Defense Information System for Security (DISS).
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field and at least three (3) years of experience in the respective technical or professional discipline, including three (3) years of DoW/DoD experience;
- Or seven (7) years of directly related experience with the certifications specified in the PWS labor category performance requirements, including five (5) years of DoW/DoD experience.
- Intelligence Community experience, such as experience with the National Security Agency (NSA) or National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC).
- Cyber-related intelligence experience in single-source or all-source intelligence.
- Experience briefing senior leaders, including General Officer, Senior Executive Service (SES), Senior Level (SL), Defense Intelligence Senior Level (DISL), and/or other senior leaders.
- Technical understanding of foreign cyber threat intelligence and the ability to draw conclusions from a wide variety of sources.
- Familiarity with data management is the best practices, requirements management, and Intelligence Community publication mechanisms and best practices.
- Experience developing, collecting, and reporting measures of effectiveness for annual plans, goals, and objectives.
