About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Accounts Payable Officer and based in our Perth CBD office, you'll be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, reconciliations and expense claims. Working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers, you'll support an efficient procure-to-pay process, help resolve discrepancies, assist with month-end activities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within a collaborative and high-performing accounts payable team.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices and employee expense claims accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure suppliers are paid in accordance with agreed terms and maintain accurate accounts payable records
- Perform supplier reconciliations and resolve invoice, payment, and account queries
- Support month-end reporting, reconciliations and documentation requirements
- Proactively tackle discrepancies and delays
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain an efficient procure-to-pay process
- Identify process improvement opportunities while ensuring compliance with company policies and financial controls
About you
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Demonstrated Accounts Payable experience within a high-volume invoice processing environment
- Strong understanding of the procure-to-pay process and accounts payable best practices
- Proficiency in Pronto ERP and Microsoft Office, with Redmap experience desirable
- Excellent communication, organisational, time management and stakeholder engagement skills
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving ability and a resilient, adaptable approach
