Job Summary:  

Supports Domestic and International Accounts Payable operations by executing routine payment processing and account reconciliations with accuracy and efficiency. Ensures compliance with company policies, financial controls, and regulatory requirements while maintaining the integrity, timeliness, and reliability of financial transactions.

What you will do:  

• Execute domestic and/or international accounts payable processes.

• Perform account reconciliations and aging analysis.

• Analyze and resolve intercompany discrepancies.

• Support Internal and External Audits.

• Provide Supplier & Internal Support.

What you have - Skills: 

• Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.

• Effective Communications: Understanding effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

• Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.

• Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Pre-Advanced English.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools).

Top Candidates will have:

• Advanced English.

• Previous experience working with SAP.

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable or Treasury.

• Knowledge of Importation and/or Transportation processes.

• Experience with analytical and automation tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Query, etc.).
   

Note: This position requires the candidate to work on-site five days a week.
