The Senior AP/AR Analyst is responsible for establishing and maintaining accounting policies, financial reports, and safeguarding organizational assets. This role involves assessing creditworthiness, negotiating collections, and managing trade credit policies.
What you'll do:
- Handle high-volume accounts receivable/payable processes, interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts for month-end close.
- Analyze AP/AR transactions.
- Present solutions to impact revenue and client satisfaction positively.
- Prepare, record, verify, and report on AP/AR transactions.
- Maintain and reconcile AP/AR ledger accounts, financial statements, and reports.
What experience you need:
- Education: High school diploma or Technical accounting degree or 2+ years of relevant college coursework in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- AP Experience: 2+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience.
- Excel Skills: 2+ years using advanced functions (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
- Finance & Support: 1–3 years in Billing, Contract Management, Finance, or Sales Support.
- Stakeholder Management & Autonomy: 1 year of experience working independently, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and delivering clear written and verbal communication.
- Language Skills: B2 English proficiency.
