Accounting Manager

Your Mission

To safeguard the Company's financial integrity and compliance by ensuring the accuracy of accounting documentation, effective tax planning, and reliable financial support to internal and external stakeholders in accordance with applicable regulations, accounting standards, and corporate policies.

What will you be doing?

• Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of general ledger transactions and monthly account reconciliations.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and corporate policies.
• Prepare and review financial reports, financial statements, management reports, board reports, and ad hoc analyses to support business decision-making.
• Maintain complete and accurate accounting records and supporting documentation, while ensuring compliance with tax regulations and other statutory requirements, including tax planning activities.
• Analyze and resolve complex accounting issues, conduct project cost and financial analysis, and provide accounting support to internal stakeholders.
• Monitor, review, and continuously improve accounting processes, internal controls, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with Finance and cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and achievement of departmental and organizational objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team, including supporting employee training and capability development in accordance with company procedures.

Does this sound like you?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting.
• At least 8 years of experience in accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in accounting or financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, tax compliance, and general ledger management.
• Knowledge of IFRS and Thai Accounting Standards is required.
• Good leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• TOEIC score of 600 or above.
