We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Accounting Administrator to support our day-to-day accounting and financial operations. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, analyzing data, resolving discrepancies, and keeping financial information accurate.
You’ll support a variety of functions, including accounts receivable, billing, collections, payroll, and commissions. If you’re a proactive problem-solver who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys working with Excel, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do
-
Support daily accounts receivable activities, review AR reports, and follow up on outstanding balances.

Manage customer and membership billing, collections, and past-due accounts.

Research billing issues, payment discrepancies, and account questions, following each issue through resolution.

Assist with payroll processing and verify payroll information for accuracy.

Calculate, verify, and enter employee commission information into the appropriate systems.

Maintain accurate financial records and enter information into ServiceTitan and other systems.

Reconcile information across systems and investigate discrepancies.

Create, maintain, and update Excel spreadsheets and reports to organize and analyze financial and operational data.

Work with managers and other departments to gather information and resolve accounting questions.

Assist with month-end reporting, general office administration, special projects, and other accounting duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For
-
2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, general office administration, or a related field.

Experience with accounts receivable, billing, payroll, collections, data entry, or reconciliations.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel.

Experience with accounting software; ServiceTitan experience is strongly preferred.

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume office environment.

A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems.
