What You'll Do:
- Translate the client’s vision and needs into business requirements, coordinate with teams members on required deliverables and manage client expectations.
- Creating a portfolio of client accounts and monitoring the ongoing activities related to them
- Managing and overviewing progress and delivering the client's projects
- Maintaining agency quality standards, performing SOP, and leading the team collaboration
- Updating and managing client's expectations about the progress of solutions/projects from the agency
- identifying business performance for handling brands and initiating suggestions for the Account Director
- Analyzing work performance and result for a client, and initiating the requirements or next step.
- Monitoring, managing, and chasing work progress
- Supervising Account Executive, grooming process: delegating, training, and preparing talent Delivering presentations, including business review, competition analysis, industry trends, etc.
- Determine goals and establish annual budgets for clients handled
- Provide agency brief for agency respective colleagues according to solution/project necessity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum 4 years experience
- Prefer a digital creative agency experience
- Have a working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Adwords (or willing to learn fast on this)
- Must be proactive, a self-starter and an excellent communicator both verbal and written
- Able to create coherent and persuasive presentations with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated with a willingness to work autonomously in a fast paced, environment
- Desire to drive continuous improvement
