Overview:
The Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams. This role is responsible for building strong client relationships, guiding integrated marketing initiatives, and ensuring projects are aligned with clients’ business objectives and delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.You are a strategic relationship builder and data-driven problem solver — someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and can confidently lead multiple workstreams at once.
You’ll report to the Director of Account Management and work closely with an Account Director who oversees the broader client relationship on assigned AOR (agency of record) clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact point for assigned clients
- Understand and deliver client business goals and objectives through performance-driven marketing projects and campaigns
- Demonstrate project impact to clients, collaborating with internal teams to monitor performance and identify valuable metrics / growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Account Director to implement strategic marketing efforts with the objective of improving Client performance, strengthening client relationships and seeking out account growth
- Partner with internal teams (project managers, creative, development, digital marketing) to develop and manage project timelines, scopes of work and deliverables
- Act as bridge between clients and internal teams - clearly communicating feedback, priorities and expectations
- Responsible for developing project estimates and scopes of work, managing project budgets and identifying opportunities for scope expansion and account growth
- Manage financial health, including accurate billing, profitability and revenue forecasting for assigned client accounts
- Foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented team environment
- Perform additional agency duties as assigned

- 3+ years in a marketing agency environment, with experience as an Account Manager,
- Producer, or Project Manager
- Experience in managing large accounts and navigating complex client engagements
- Strong understanding of advertising (traditional and digital), media plans, creative production, and emerging technologies
- Experience in working across multiple disciplines—creative, media, UX, development, digital marketing, and strategy
- Strong time management skills and thrive in dynamic environment with shifting priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—able to work with all personality types and keep the vibe calm and productive
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, rich media, and digital builds
- A sharp eye for detail and a high standard for quality control
- Knowledge of social, web, mobile, and marketing best practices
Nice to Have:
- Experience in leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows
- Experience with tools like Workamajig, Asana, Slack, Trello, Notion, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of QA best practices and content management systems (CMS).
Education
- A bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, with a degree or
concentration in advertising, marketing, or communications preferred
