In this role you will:
Your skills & experiences:
- Proven experience in enterprise B2B account management with direct ownership over retention and expansion revenue.
- Demonstrated history of leading, coaching, and managing the performance of account managers or commercial reps within a strong feedback culture.
- Exceptional organizational skills with practical experience navigating complex enterprise procurement, compliance, and legal cycles.
- Ability to handle difficult executive-level client conversations calmly, manage internal stakeholders, and align diverse teams under pressure.
- A proactive ownership mentality paired with commercial curiosity and a strategic mindset.
Nice to have:
- Experience in the SaaS, infrastructure, data, or AI industry.
- Technical understanding of APIs, scraping, proxies, or enterprise infrastructure.
- Experience with strategic QBRs and account planning.
- Familiarity with AI tooling and workflow optimisation.
Salary & Benefits:
- Gross salary: 4000 - 5000 EUR/month + bonuses. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
