Your Day to Day

As an Account Growth Specialist, you would be working on:

• Proactively engage assigned customers to identify growth opportunities and enhance account value.

• Drive the upgrade of accounts from Standard to CX solutions.

• Identify and pursue add-on opportunities, such as additional seats or new offerings (e.g., AI Receptionist).

• Educate customers on GoTo’s evolving suite of products.

• Build strong customer relationships and deepen account loyalty through consultative selling.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Consistently meet or exceed expansion and upsell targets.

What We’re Looking For

As an Account Growth Specialist, your background will look like:

• Proven success in sales, account management, or a related customer growth/expansion role.

• Previous closing or outbound experience preferred.

• Ability to manage a high-volume book of business with a proactive and organized approach.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Excitement for working on a new team and contributing to a fast-growing function at GoTo.

The above shows our ranges from minimum to maximum and is displayed in the full-time equivalent amount. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for a variable pay component and benefits.
