Sobre este puesto de Account Executive, UK Law Enforcement en Peregrine Technologies
Backed by leading Silicon Valley investors, Peregrine helps public safety organizations, state and local and governments, federal agencies, and private-sector institutions address society’s challenges with unprecedented speed and accuracy. Our AI-enabled platform turns siloed and disconnected data into operational intelligence — instantly surfacing mission-critical information to empower better, faster decisions that improve outcomes at every touchpoint. Today Peregrine supports hundreds of customers across 30+ states and two countries, serving more than 125 million people — and we’re amplifying our impact as we expand into the enterprise and internationally.
Peregrine opened its UK office in March 2026 and is focused on bringing the platform to UK policing and adjacent public safety markets. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape how Peregrine goes to market in the UK. The role is hybrid, based in London, with regular national travel to forces across the UK.
The Role
As our Account Executive for UK Law Enforcement, we're looking for a proven senior seller who can strategically assess, prioritize, plan, and sell to police forces and public safety agencies across the United Kingdom. You will meet and exceed sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing high-value and highly visible sales opportunities, owning force relationships end to end. You will deliver senior-level presentations and demonstrations to Chief Officer teams, Police and Crime Commissioners, and force digital and data leadership, highlighting Peregrine's advantages, features, and functions.
You will oversee the entire sales cycle, from first engagement through formal procurement to contract signature and onboarding, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across deployment strategy, marketing, legal, and operations in both the UK and the US. You will be the trusted advisor to the customer, understanding their existing and future technology roadmap to position Peregrine's solution. Because the UK is a 0-to-1 market for Peregrine, you will also identify, develop, and document GTM best practices alongside the Head of UK & European Markets, helping to build the playbook rather than inheriting one.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business and revenue growth within UK policing, managing the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting through procurement to deployment handoff
- Navigate UK public sector procurement end to end, including competitive tenders under the Procurement Act 2023 and routes to market such as Crown Commercial Service agreements, G-Cloud and the Digital Marketplace, and BlueLight Commercial frameworks
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Chief Constables and Chief Officer teams, PCCs and their offices, force CIOs/CDOs and heads of intelligence, and relevant national bodies
- Act as a trusted advisor, clearly articulating how Peregrine's technology addresses mission-critical operational challenges in investigative, intelligence, and strategic contexts
- Choreograph the sales process internally, coordinating subject matter experts including senior advisors, solution engineers, and deployment strategists to move opportunities to close
- Develop and execute a territory growth strategy for UK policing in collaboration with leadership: identify priority forces, diagnose customer workflow challenges, and find the key buying stakeholders who will ensure accelerated success
- Provide detailed market intelligence and customer feedback to product teams so Peregrine's solutions continuously align with UK policing needs
- Support new customers through onboarding and partner with relationship owners to identify and execute expansion opportunities within existing UK accounts
About You
- You are outcome-focused and can expertly navigate complex interpersonal scenarios with curiosity and appreciation
- You enjoy guiding the customer over the finish line and are resilient and steadfast in your goals
- You operate with a high level of transparency, tenacity, and ownership of the opportunities in front of you
- You thrive in the exploration of developing positive outcomes in lesser-known spaces and are energized by building in a new market
- You are a fearless navigator in ambiguous circumstances and can be flexible and creative as you explore all possibilities
- You are a thoughtful and empathetic listener; you devote the time to understanding a customer's challenges and can generate tailored approaches based on what best serves their needs
- You can make advanced technology feel human; you are the bridge, the translator, the shepherd between technology and people
- You are a lifelong learner, willing to learn anything to achieve your goals
What We Look For
- 8+ years of field sales experience in enterprise software/SaaS; experience with data integration, analytics, or intelligence platforms in law enforcement or public safety strongly preferred
- A track record of success selling into net-new, complex UK public sector accounts, demonstrated by overachievement of quota and strong customer references
- Deep familiarity with UK police procurement, budgets, and funding routes, including Home Office programmes and force and PCC budget cycles
- Established relationships and credibility within UK policing; prior policing career experience (officer or staff) is a plus
- Experience managing a complex, consultative sales process from 0 to 1 in a new market
- Ability and comfort negotiating and closing legal agreements with customers and supporting new customers through onboarding
- Eligibility for Non-Police Personnel Vetting Level 3 (NPPV3); this typically requires at least three years of continuous UK residency. Willingness to undergo further national security vetting (SC) if required
- Right to work in the United Kingdom
- Excellent executive-level verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Based in the UK with willingness to travel regularly to forces across the UK
