What You'll Do

• Drive revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans that consistently achieve and exceed performance goals.
• Build strong relationships with local business owners, executives, marketing leaders, and advertising agencies.
• Prospect, develop, and secure new business opportunities through networking, referrals, research, and outbound sales efforts.
• Manage and grow an established client portfolio while identifying opportunities for increased market share.
• Present compelling sales proposals that demonstrate clear business results and return on investment.
• Recommend effective marketing strategies utilizing television, digital, streaming, social, and other Nexstar media platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create successful advertising campaigns that meet client objectives.
• Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and competitive activity.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Sales experience preferred, with media, marketing, advertising, digital, or business-to-business sales experience strongly desired.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, close and maintain business.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented professional with a competitive drive and positive attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and business technology platforms.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
