About the Role

As the Account Director, Strategist, Agency at MrBeast, you are the senior strategist who owns the pre-sale phase of agency-sourced integrations in the MrBeast ecosystem. Your primary client is a holding-company agency team: media planners, integrated strategists, and activation leads at agencies (e.g.; Publicis, Omnicom, WPP, IPG, dentsu, or the independents), who are themselves servicing their own marketer clients.

You are the person they trust to bring MrBeast into their client's plan credibly, and the person who translates their client's brief into a MrBeast content architecture that survives both agency scrutiny and marketer approval.

This role is based in New York, where you’ll work in-office five days per week.

What You’ll Do

• Spearhead pre-sale strategies: craft compelling pitch decks, concept docs, KPI models, and custom pricing frameworks tailored to agency briefs.
• Navigate holding-company dynamics with agility, seamlessly adapting pitches to fit diverse RFP processes and agency workflows.
• Transform complex marketer goals into high-impact MrBeast content integration opportunities that exceed expectations.
• Design agency-ready packaging, including custom case studies, audience-sizing data, and flexible creative executions.
• Manage multiple high-priority accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Deliver post-campaign insights, measurement snapshots, and  pitch-ready anonymized wins to empower partners to win future campaigns with us.

What We’re Looking For

• 15+ years of experience in media-agency-side integrated marketing strategy, brand-side media planning, or platform and publisher partnerships focused on agency channels.
• Native holding-company literacy. You’ve worked at, sold into, or sourced from at least three of the major holding companies, and you know the difference between how GroupM approaches an RFP and how Omnicom Media Group does.
• A track record of packaging integrated campaigns for agency-sourced clients, either from the publisher side (network, streamer, platform sales) or from the agency side (media planning, integrated strategy).
• Media literacy. You should be able to specify what a MrBeast integration looks like without needing Production to explain it.
• Comfort operating in a higher-volume environment with multiple concurrent deals in motion.

Fixed annual salary of $178,000 - $223,000 plus an annual bonus, an employee equity plan grant, and comprehensive benefits.

Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.
