THE WORK:
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or HR certification
- 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting technical/engineering positions preferred
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interface with all levels of employees
- Proven ability to professionally and tactfully handle confidential information and situations
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
- Skill in using standard office software to prepare memos, reports and other documents
- Working knowledge of California and Federal labor laws and regulations
