お客様の基幹系および情報系の業務システムの開発プログラム/プロジェクトおよび運用サービスの管理方針/プロセスの策定および実践を担当します。
経営・戦略コンサルティングやITソリューションにおける豊富な実績とナレッジ、全世界に約70万人超の社員を擁するグローバルネットワークを活用し、開発・運用チームをリードしています。

主にPMOの一員としてプロジェクトにおけるスケジュール/スコープ/コスト/リソース/リスク/調達の各種管理に対して責任を持ち、各種管理プロセスの策定、実行を担います。

・システム開発プロジェクトマネージャー、PMOメンバー/開発管理リード/開発管理メンバー
・アプリケーションアウトソーシングのサービス管理リーダー/メンバー"

◆応募要件
以下①-④のご経験をすべてお持ちの方
（①②はマネジメント観点、③④はエンジニアリング基礎観点）
①プロジェクト/チームのPM,PMO,TL経験（10名以上の管理経験、30名以上が望ましい）
②Sierにてプライム案件として3年以上のシステム開発経験
（カスタム、パッケージ、SaaS等を活用した業務システムの大規模プロジェクト導入経験）
③以下の技術スタックのいずれか、あるいは類似する技術について3年以上の開発経験があること
・フロントサイド：Angular, React, Flutter, TypeScript, JavaScript など
・サーバサイド：Java, Spring boot, Node.js など
・データベース：Oracle, MySQL, Postgresql, Aurora/RDS/Redshift, Redis など
・コンテナ：Docker, Kubernetes, Microservice など
・クラウド：AWS, Azure, GCP
④以下のツール使用経験があること
・Github
・Jenkins
・JIRA/Confluence
・Teams/Slack
