As a Full Stack Developer - Associate, you will be at the forefront of software and product innovation, focusing on developing advanced software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Tax practice, you will combine technical skills with creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that transform industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, learn how to manage and inspire others, and navigate increasingly complex situations. As a Full Stack Developer - Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Tax practice, you will leverage your technical experience and creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Manager, you will lead teams, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for the execution of project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on expectations. Responsibilities:

-Developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
- Designing, coding, and testing applications to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Utilizing Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodologies to improve software quality
- Managing API integrations and enterprise application architecture to support seamless software functionality
- Conducting code reviews and debugging to maintain coding standards and troubleshoot issues effectively
- Collaborating with teams to analyze business requirements and implement software project planning
- Applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to break down complex concepts and generate new ideas
- Building meaningful client connections and anticipating the needs of teams and clients
- Navigating complex situations to grow personal brand and deepen technical skills
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have:
- Currently have Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
