Your Mission
Hawk is looking for a dynamic ABM Manager to build and run our global account-based marketing program, covering both strategic 1:1 account activity and broader account group targeting.
This is a strategic and hands-on role, requiring a combination of creativity and analytical nous. You'll spend time every day thinking about our target accounts and how Hawk can best engage with those companies to build brand awareness and generate demand. You'll be creating messaging for ABM outreach, writing ads for LinkedIn, and composing email copy as well as managing the mechanics of putting those campaigns into production, measuring the results, and optimizing for success.
Account strategy & targeting
Define and maintain a tiered account model (e.g. 1:1 strategic, 1:few clusters, 1:many segments) in partnership with Sales leadership
Select and prioritize target accounts within each tier using firmographic, intent and engagement data
Monitor intent and engagement signals to flag in-market accounts and adjust targeting as accounts move through the funnel
Continuously refine the account list and tiering based on performance and sales feedback
Campaign orchestration: ads & content
Plan and run account-targeted advertising across LinkedIn, display and programmatic/intent platforms, matched to each tier's accounts and buying personas
Brief and work with Content and Product Marketing to develop account- and persona-relevant content
Sequence ads, content and outbound touches into coherent multi-channel plays per tier, rather than one-off campaigns
Manage ad budgets, allocating spend by tier and account priority
Keep messaging and creative aligned with sales conversations and account plans as they evolve
Sales & BDR alignment
Run regular cadence with BDRs and account executives to align on target accounts, timing and messaging for each tier
Brief BDRs on account plans and engagement signals so outbound feels informed and coordinated, not generic
Build feedback loops so sales and BDR input shapes account selection, messaging and creative
Act as the connective layer between Marketing activity and Sales follow-up — make sure engaged accounts are actioned, not just reported on Reporting & measurement
Track account engagement (ad impressions, content consumption, intent signals) and roll it up into per-tier and per-account views
Report on pipeline and revenue influenced by ABM activity, tied back to specific plays and account plans
Build regular reporting for Marketing and Sales leadership on program performance, account coverage and stage progression
Define and track the KPIs that matter at each tier (e.g. engagement depth for strategic accounts, reach and conversion for segment tiers)
Use reporting to justify and reallocate budget and effort across tiers and channels
Your Profile
3 years in B2B ABM or account-based demand generation, ideally in SaaS, fintech or a related enterprise software category
Hands-on experience of running account-targeted ads on LinkedIn Campaign Manager and/or a programmatic/display platform
Working knowledge of HubSpot for segmentation, campaign execution and reporting
A genuine strategic streak — able to reason about which accounts matter, why, and what will actually move them, not just execute a template
Experience working directly with BDRs and sales on account selection and outreach
Strong analytical skills — comfortable pulling and interpreting engagement and pipeline data to guide decisions
Clear written communication for account plans, briefs and reporting to leadership
