777 Business Operations Change Management Senior Manager

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Business Operations Senior Manager (Level L) to lead the Change Integration team for the 767/777 Programs. Reporting to the Director of 777 and Everett Site Business Operations, this position presents an opportunity to lead within a fast-paced, innovative environment and to make a significant contribution to our BCA business outcomes.

The position requires 100% onsite work in Everett, Washington, with minimal travel required. 

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead multi-program Engineering Change Board Organization for 777 (-9, -8F, -2F) and 767 (Tanker/Freighter).

• Execute 767 and 777 Program LT Change operating rhythms including CCB0/1, Change mitigation board, Change Management Homeroom, etc

• Partners with Engineering Director, ALIT Leaders, SC and FAB LT in helping stabilize Change value stream, overcome challenges

• Leads 30+ employees including first-level managers performing critical change functions.

• Leads with the Boeing Values to develop strong partnerships with stakeholders, peers, and combined team.

• Provides mentorship and guidance to develop their direct team and those around them.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Operations, program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, and/or related disciplines

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience either formally or informally leading teams in a cross-functional environment

• Minimum 5 years of experience interfacing with and supporting senior and executive leadership
