We are Emma – The Sleep Company. Founded in 2015, we have grown into the world’s largest direct-to-consumer (D2C) sleep brand, with a presence in over 20 markets and more than 35 Emma stores across Europe.

Ready to awaken your best with us?
What you'll do:
You will support the creation of high-quality 3D visualizations of our products for internal design development, presentations, consumer testing, and digital touchpoints.
You will work closely with Product Designers and other creative stakeholders, gaining hands-on experience in professional product visualization.
You will prepare and model 3D assets, then create materials and lighting setups to bring products to life in realistic, polished renders.
You will contribute to improving and documenting our 3D workflow, including a shared material library, reusable scene setups, and Blender best practices for the Design team.
You will grow through guidance and feedback from experienced designers, gradually taking ownership of defined visualization tasks.
Who we're looking for:
You are currently studying or recently graduated in Industrial Design, Product Design, 3D Design, CGI, Visual Communication, Game Art, or a related field.
You have a good foundation in 3D modelling and rendering, with Blender experience strongly preferred, and you understand materials, lighting, composition, and realistic product visualization.
You are able to create clean and accurate 3D models from references, sketches, or CAD data, with an interest in physically based materials and rendering workflows.
You have basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or similar image-editing software, and experience with Geometry Nodes, procedural materials, animation, or other 3D tools is a plus, though not required.
You have good written and spoken English and can collaborate easily with stakeholders from various business areas
You have a portfolio or examples of your past works to share with us (please attach them to this application)
