Key Responsibilities
New Business Development & Pipeline Management:
Hunter Mentality: Identify, pursue, and close high-value opportunities within the ASX 200 and similarly sized organizations.
End-to-End Sales Ownership: Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
C-Suite Engagement: Build robust relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and Heads of Data to navigate and influence complex enterprise structures.
Accurate Forecasting: Maintain precision in managing intricate deal cycles and forecasting pipeline growth and revenue.
Ecosystem & AI Strategy Focus:
Strategic Alliances: Take charge of the local relationships with AWS and Databricks to establish a high-volume lead referral system.
AI Thought Leadership: Advocate for CI&T’s innovative "Trailblazer" AI strategies, assisting clients in transitioning to AI first business models.
Technical Advisory Role: Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer data maturity and architecture.
Commercial Innovation & Performance:
Model Transformation: Shift the market perspective from traditional staff augmentation to outcome-based, value-driven solutions.
Value Engineering: Develop deals that discuss ROI per outcome rather than just "cost per hour."
Revenue Growth: Leverage subscription and performance linked pricing models to foster recurring revenue streams.
Knowledge and Experience
Proven Sales Hunter: A track record of driving top-line growth and securing new enterprise logos with tangible revenue impact.
Digital Consulting Background: Previous senior sales experience in the digital consulting sector is essential.
Data Stack Expertise: Fluent in the modern data stack landscape, with a thorough understanding of Databricks and AWS's scaling capabilities.
Industry Connections: Well-established relationships with decision-makers in Healthcare / Pharma, FSI and Retail across Australia, with preference given to candidates with existing Databricks/AWS partner networks.
Commercial Acumen: Experienced in implementing outcome-based contracts rather than traditional effort-based agreements.
Leadership Skills: Proven experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams is highly desirable.
Target-Driven: A relentless drive to achieve goals and lead the shift toward value-based selling in the industry.
