Sobre este puesto de 2027 Summer Risk Management Strategy Analyst Internship en Cerity Partners
Cerity Partners is looking for a Summer 2027 Intern to join our Risk Management team.
As a Risk Management Strategy Intern, you will work directly with our Head of Risk Management Operations on data-driven projects that support the accuracy, organization, and strategic planning of the firm's risk management, or insurance planning, practice. The role provides exposure to data reconciliation, process clean-up, AI-assisted workflows (including Claude-based projects), and the insurance planning conversations that shape how the risk management team operates.
This is a paid, full-time internship (40 hours per week) that offers practical experience in a professional setting. It's a strong opportunity for consulting, operations, or strategy-minded students seeking direct insight into how insurance and holistic planning work together at a nationally recognized registered investment advisory firm.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support data reconciliation across Salesforce and other systems to ensure risk management data is accurate, complete, and consistently maintained.
- Assist with data clean-up and organization projects, identifying and resolving discrepancies across trackers, reports, and source systems.
- Partner on Claude-based (AI) projects that streamline and automate risk management reporting, research, and analysis workflows.
- Maintain and enhance trackers, dashboards, and databases that support the Risk Management team's day-to-day operations.
- Join internal planning calls and meetings to learn how the Risk Management team develops strategy; prepare materials and distribute meeting notes as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with a strong academic record; Business, Economics, Finance, Operations, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Genuine interest in consulting, business operations, or strategy work, with an ability to bring structure and rigor to data-driven projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including comfort reconciling and cleaning large data sets; familiarity with PowerPoint and the broader Microsoft 365 suite expected.
- Strong working knowledge of AI tools, particularly Claude, with an ability to apply them practically to data clean-up, research, and analysis workflows. Experience with Salesforce or other data tools is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and comfort working with large, imperfect data sets to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Clear and confident communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to participate in planning calls and absorb context quickly.
- Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and professional integrity.
- Alignment with Cerity Partners' mission and core values.
