We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for motivated and enthusiastic Interns to join the Four Seasons Hotel Madrid team!
As an Intern, you will support daily operations within your assigned department while learning from highly skilled professionals in a world‑class luxury environment. This internship is designed to help you develop your skills, gain hands‑on experience, and understand the standards of excellence that define Four Seasons.
Throughout your internship, you will assist with essential tasks aligned with your area of specialization, contribute to the smooth running of the department, collaborate with team members, and help ensure our guests consistently receive exceptional service. You will also learn about operational procedures, effective teamwork, communication, and the core values that guide our brand.

Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, a collection of seven heritage buildings is ideally situated near the business district and close to Madrid’s major tourist attractions. A historical landmark redefining elegance, sophistication and urban luxury, located in Centro Canalejas Madrid.

Our Internship opportunities
We are looking for passionate hospitality students eager to start their career path with Four Seasons Hotel Madrid. You will have the opportunity to be fully immersed in the field, learning at different levels of responsibility and working in team. As an intern, you will contribute your passion, drive and ideas to ensure that we offer the highest quality in service.
All positions will be available from January/February 2027, and we are offering opportunities in the following areas:
F&B: Banquets, Dani, El Patio and In Room Dining
Culinary- Kitchen and pastry
Rooms: Front Office, Guest Experience, Concierge
Sales & Marketing- Sales, Reservations, Catering, Public Relations

Service passion about delivering true genuine guest experiences.
Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills and a team work approach.
Philosophy aligned with our Golden Rule- people who, by nature, believe in treating others as we would have them treat us.
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in both English and Spanish (for culinary internships only Spanish will be requested).
Legal right to work in Spain at the time of appliyng.
Possibility of signing an agreement with your school/ university for a full time 6-months period.
