Position Summary/Tóm lược về vị trí

Ensure stable, safe and efficient operation of factory utility systems and auxiliary equipment, including electrical and water systems, compressed air, HVAC and related facility systems. This position is also responsible for maintenance planning, technical supervision, asset/spare-parts/document control, procedure implementation and technical/safety training.

1. Maintain, troubleshoot and repair auxiliary machinery, equipment and factory utility systems, including electrical and water systems, compressed air, HVAC and related systems.

2. Prepare, update and monitor periodic maintenance plans; supervise implementation and verify maintenance records, checklists and reports.

3. Manage machinery, equipment, tools and assets under the responsibility of the General Affairs Department; maintain accurate asset and equipment records.

4. Manage spare parts and maintenance materials; propose minimum stock levels, purchasing plans and replacement plans to ensure maintenance readiness.
Quản lý vật tư dự phòng và vật tư bảo trì; đề xuất định mức tồn kho tối thiểu, kế hoạch mua hàng và kế hoạch thay thế để đảm bảo sẵn sàng bảo trì.

5. Develop, update and supervise implementation of procedures, work instructions, safety rules, checklists and records for General Affairs technical tasks.
Lập, cập nhật và giám sát việc thực hiện quy trình, hướng dẫn công việc, quy định an toàn, checklist và hồ sơ trong các nội dung công việc kỹ thuật của phòng Tổng vụ.

6. Train technicians in the department and factory employees on how to use equipments, handle basic troubleshooting, electrical safety and safe operation of utility systems.
Đào tạo kỹ thuật viên trong bộ phận và công nhân viên trong nhà máy về cách sử dụng thiết bị, xử lý sự cố cơ bản, an toàn điện và vận hành an toàn hệ thống phụ trợ.

7. Manage, update and control factory drawings and technical documents, including layout drawings and drawings of electrical, water, compressed-air, HVAC and related systems.
Quản lý, cập nhật và kiểm soát tài liệu, bản vẽ nhà xưởng và tài liệu kỹ thuật, bao gồm bản vẽ mặt bằng, bản vẽ hệ thống điện, nước, khí nén, điều hòa và các hệ thống liên quan.

8. Coordinate with production department, EHS, contractors, suppliers and other departments for installation, improvement, emergency repair, inspection and audit activities.

9. Monitor system operating status, analyze abnormalities and propose improvement actions to reduce downtime, safety risk and operating cost.
Theo dõi tình trạng vận hành hệ thống, phân tích bất thường và đề xuất biện pháp cải tiến nhằm giảm thời gian dừng máy, rủi ro an toàn và chi phí vận hành.

10. Other tasks duly assigned by Manager.

Technical supervision of maintenance activities, contractors and technicians when assigned.
Giám sát kỹ thuật đối với hoạt động bảo trì, nhà thầu và kỹ thuật viên khi được phân công.

Knowledge & Experience/Trình độ, kiến thức và kinh nghiệm

1. Over 3 years of working experience with factory utility systems and auxiliary systems such as electrical and water systems, compressed air, HVAC and related equipment.
Trên 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc với hệ thống phụ trợ nhà xưởng như hệ thống điện nước, khí nén, điều hòa và các thiết bị liên quan.

2. Good at English communication skills.
Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt.

3. Good knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, spare-parts control, technical documentation and industrial safety requirements.
Có kiến thức tốt về bảo trì phòng ngừa, xử lý sự cố, quản lý vật tư dự phòng, quản lý tài liệu kỹ thuật và yêu cầu an toàn công nghiệp.

Education, Licenses & Certification / Giáo dục, Bằng cấp & Chứng nhận

1. Graduated in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related technical majors.
Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Cơ khí, Điện hoặc các chuyên ngành kỹ thuật liên quan.

2. Good drawing-reading ability and proficient use of AutoCAD.
Đọc bản vẽ tốt và sử dụng thành thạo AutoCAD.

Work Conditions/ Điều kiện làm việc

1. 40 to 48 hours per week, Saturdays off on a rotating basic.
48 giờ/tuần, nghỉ thứ Bảy luân phiên

2. Working in the office, production area and factory utility areas.
Làm việc tại văn phòng, khu vực sản xuất và khu vực hệ thống phụ trợ nhà xưởng.

3. Physically able to work, participate in training sessions, presentations and meetings.
