Job Description :

PayPay India is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager (Tech) to lead end-to-end hiring for our product organisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for product-based tech companies, extensive experience in stakeholder management, and strong leadership capabilities to lead a team & support the organisation's growth.

Main Responsibilities:

• 10-14 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on technology hiring.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience hiring for technology roles in a product-based organisation.
• At least 4 years of people management experience, leading and mentoring Talent Acquisition teams.
• Proven experience managing a team of 6–8 Talent Acquisition professionals, including goal setting, performance management, coaching, and career development.
• Demonstrated success in driving team productivity, hiring quality, stakeholder management, and recruitment process improvements.
• Experience hiring software engineers and technical leadership roles across multiple levels in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, referrals, Boolean and X-ray search techniques.
• Strong experience partnering with Engineering, Product, and Business leaders to deliver strategic hiring initiatives.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Drive capability building through knowledge-sharing sessions, interview calibration, and recruitment best practices.
• Exposure to employer branding, recruitment marketing, and strategic workforce planning.
• Experience in FinTech, SaaS, E-commerce, or other high-growth product-based organisations.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems .
• Experience implementing AI-powered recruitment tools, coding assessment platforms, or recruitment automation solutions.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Business leaders to understand hiring priorities and workforce plans.
• Act as a trusted recruitment advisor by providing market intelligence, compensation insights, and hiring recommendations.
• Facilitate interview calibrations and drive efficient hiring decisions.
• Ensure the ethical, responsible, and compliant use of AI in recruitment while maintaining fairness, data privacy, and an excellent candidate experience.
• Preferred B.Tech/BE/MBA from a reputed university.
