What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate haul trucks and other mobile equipment to transport materials throughout the quarry.
• Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow production plans to efficiently move materials while meeting operational goals.
• Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Support quarry operations by maintaining clean work areas and collaborating with team members.

What Are We Looking For

• Ability to safely operate heavy mobile equipment in a quarry, mining, construction, or similar industrial environment.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow operating procedures and work instructions.
• Dependable communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively in a production environment.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to identify and report equipment issues.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
