We invite bachelor’s and master’s students (with a cumulative GPA of 3.0+) to join us for an exciting and immersive internship experience that blends hands-on learning with real-world brand impact.

The Sol de Janeiro Future SolStars internship is a paid program designed to offer real-world exposure to product creation, brand storytelling, and consumer engagement in the beauty industry. You’ll work cross-functionally with passionate teams and contribute to high-impact projects that reflect our bold, joyful, and inclusive brand DNA.

As a Future SolStar, you’ll gain:

• Hands-on experience across teams such as Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Creative, and more

• Cross-functional collaboration and mentorship

• Professional development trainings (e.g., brand storytelling, agile ways of working)
