Gulfport Energy

Gulfport is an independent natural gas-weighted exploration and production company with assets primarily located in the Appalachia and Anadarko basins. Our principal properties are located in Eastern Ohio, where we target development in what is commonly referred to as the Utica formation, and Central Oklahoma where we target development in the SCOOP Woodford and Springer formations. Our corporate headquarters are located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and shares of Gulfport’s common stock trade on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) under the ticker symbol “GPOR”.
