B Lab is a remote-first organization within our established tax domiciles. Hiring locations are selected from our list of tax domiciles where it makes strategic sense for each role to be based. To ensure equity, we hire only in locations where a role opening has been posted, to give all potential candidates in that area an equal opportunity to apply.
B Lab does not currently have the administrative or legal framework in place to support work permit sponsorship (including transferring work permits that have time restrictions ) in any capacity.
