Client Services: Offer Personalized styling experience in Boutique
Translate seasonal fashion messages into wearable wardrobe possibilities that encourage clients to discover and invest in CHANEL wardrobe.
Prepare and present personalized wardrobe selections and appointment setups, following the Art of Styling Services. (including F&B setup and wardrobe coordination).
Maintain consistent post-appointment follow-up (e.g., styling recommendations, new arrivals, event invitations).
Collaborate closely with the tailor to deliver impeccable fit and comfort through proactive alteration service.
Qualitative Sales: Boutique Performance and sales contribution.
Position Ready-to-Wear as the anchor of the CHANEL silhouette, integrating handbags, CJ & other accessories and shoes to complete each look.
Support boutique to expand the client portfolio through reactivation of existing clients and recruitment of new ones.
Develop RTW business by engaging FAs to RTW category and cross-category styling and monitor improvement of RTW business
Coaching: Support Style Experts to enhance styling capability of Fashion Advisors.
Support Style Expert in preparation of coaching sessions and to execute the monthly Boutique Styling Activity Plan aligned with seasonal priorities, commercial goals, and collection focus.
Proactively suggest styling alternatives to promote non-obvious or slower-moving pieces while preserving the harmony of the CHANEL silhouette.
Partner with Fashion Advisors to engage new clients to the brand and the CHANEL silhouette.
Post qualitative looks on the internal Fashion Community, sharing creative RTW styling examples and encouraging peer participation.
Boutique Buying : Provide clients’ insights and contribute to buys.
Participate in boutique buy sessions (as invited) by representing key client preferences, size demands, and wardrobe needs based on recent styling interactions.
Support the Style Expert and boutique Manager to provide qualitative styling comments from a client’s eye, team input, and personal observations to inform post-collection reviews and future buys.
