About the Role
To independently support due diligence, AML screening and governance review activities while ensuring service quality, compliance and operational efficiency.Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist the development and implementation of quality assurance programs to ensure operations and services are up-to-standard·
- Conduct due diligence, AML screening and governance review activities in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.·
- Review screening results, supporting documents and operational records to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance.
- Support operational activities relating to due diligence, AML screening and governance review activities across assigned functions.
- Investigate operational discrepancies and resolve routine issues within established guidelines.
- Support audit, compliance and regulatory review requests by providing operational information and documentation.
- Provide on-the-job coaching, training and guidance to junior and new staff to ensure consistency in service quality and operational standards.
- Facilitate regular knowledge-sharing sessions and team briefings to promote awareness of procedural updates, compliance requirements and best practices.
- Handle operational issues promptly and professionally, and communicate progress and outcomes in a proactive manner.
- Maintain positive and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives and service excellence.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- College graduate .
- 2–3 years of experience in financial services, audit, compliance, governance, due diligence, AML screening, or related operational functions.
- Experience in broker onboarding, registration, contracting, governance administration, or related operations is an advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
