About this Social Media Manager role at Hireframe
We are seeking a creative, proactive Social Media Manager to own and grow the brand's social presence. You should have a strong eye for aesthetics, understand how to translate a brand identity into engaging content, and be comfortable working independently with minimal oversight.
The ideal candidate is not simply someone who can execute a posting schedule. We are looking for someone who can understand the brand, identify what content performs well, recommend what to create next, and continuously improve the social strategy.
Duties and Responsibilities
● Manage and execute social content across Instagram and LinkedIn
● Support social content for the brand, with opportunities to assist with personal brand content
● Develop content ideas based on the brand's aesthetic, audience, products, and goals
● Write engaging captions and social copy with strong English writing skills
● Create, edit, and prepare visual content for social platforms
● Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity
● Review content performance and identify which posts, formats, and topics are performing well
● Use analytics to recommend future content rather than relying on detailed day-to-day direction
● Research trends, competitors, and relevant brands for content inspiration
● Manage a content calendar and posting schedule independently
● Use AI and creative tools effectively to streamline content creation
● Collaborate with the founder and broader team while requiring minimal oversight
Requirements
● Previous experience managing social media for a brand, ideally in fashion, apparel, lifestyle, outdoor, or another visually driven industry
● Strong visual judgment and an eye for beauty, design, and brand consistency
● Excellent English communication, writing, and comprehension skills
● Experience with Instagram and LinkedIn
● Comfortable interpreting social media analytics and adjusting strategy based on performance
● Experience with creative tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Higgsfield, Flora, AI editing tools, or similar platforms is a plus
● Comfortable learning new creative and AI tools quickly
● Ability to create strong content with limited direction
