Product Attributes & Satisfaction Team (PAS) exists to define, protect and enhance customer satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle. Through customer insight, product definition, analytics, validation and governance, PAS drive products to be built around genuine customer needs, deliver differentiated experiences, and continuously improve customer satisfaction.

About the role

Customer Insight

  • Conduct customer research, studies and insight investigations.

  • Analyse customer feedback, VoC data and market intelligence.

  • Identify customer needs, behaviours, satisfaction drivers and improvement opportunities.

  • Generate clear, actionable recommendations from customer evidence.

Product Analytics

  • Analyse customer satisfaction, product performance and usage data.

  • Identify trends, performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.

  • Support root-cause investigations and evidence generation.

  • Develop reports and insights that support programme decision making.

Product Definition

  • Support development of customer requirements, product attributes and performance targets.

  • Contribute to requirement cascading and attribute traceability activities.

  • Support evaluation of product trade-offs and customer impacts.

  • Help ensure product decisions remain aligned to customer needs.

Validation & Experimentation

  • Plan and execute customer trials, product evaluations and validation studies.

  • Analyse and communicate validation findings.

  • Support development of validation strategies and testing methodologies.

  • Provide evidence supporting programme readiness assessments.

Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Support PAS reviews, governance activities and product decision-making.

  • Ensure customer evidence is robust, accurate and traceable.

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and product performance.

  • Contribute to future product opportunities and continuous improvement activities.

About you

You are inquisitive, evidence-driven and passionate about understanding customers.

You enjoy working with data, research and experimentation to solve problems and improve customer experiences. You are comfortable working across disciplines and using evidence to support decision making in complex product development environments.

You bring a strong balance of analytical thinking, customer empathy and technical curiosity.

Previous Skills & Experience

  • Experience in Product Insight, Customer Research, Product Analytics, Product Development, Validation, Systems Engineering, Quality Engineering or related disciplines.

  • Experience working with qualitative and quantitative data and insight generation.

  • Understanding of research, experimentation and analytical methodologies.

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Experience supporting product development programmes.

  • Experience with data analysis, statistics or visualisation tools is advantageous.

  • Experience within consumer products, technology or engineering environments is desirable.
