This role will be responsible for shaping and executing the HR strategy, strengthening organizational culture, developing talent, and partnering with business leadership to build a high-performing and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the overallย HR strategy and people agendaย in alignment with organizational goals.
- Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and people-related business decisions.
- Develop and strengthen HR policies, processes, systems, and governance frameworks.
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
- Drive effectiveย performance management and employee developmentย programs.
- Build initiatives focused on employee engagement, culture, wellbeing, and organizational effectiveness.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and leadership on employee relations, people matters, and organizational challenges.
- Identify talent gaps and develop strategies for building a strong and future-ready workforce.
- Lead organizational development and change management initiatives as the business evolves.
- Ensure HR practices remain compliant with applicable employment laws and organizational policies.
- Establish and monitor HR metrics and people analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop leadership capability and support managers in building high-performing teams.
- Manage and mentor the HR team while creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

- 12+ years of progressive experienceย across HR leadership, HR business partnering, or people management roles.
- Proven experience leading theย end-to-end HR agendaย for an organization or business unit.
- Strong understanding of talent management, performance management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Experience partnering closely withย CXO-level and senior leadership teams.
- Strong leadership presence with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and implement scalable HR processes, policies, and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of employee relations, HR governance, and employment compliance.
- Experience managing, mentoring, and developing HR teams.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategy with organizational objectives.
