We are looking for an HR Executive responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring the timely closure of open positions. The role involves candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and joining follow-ups. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of coordinating effectively with hiring managers to fulfil recruitment requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to successful onboarding.
• Source potential candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and assess candidates based on job requirements and suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the offer process, including offer discussions, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining and minimize dropouts.
• Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, priorities, and position-specific expectations.
• Monitor open positions and ensure timely recruitment closures.
