Product Manager - Acute Care

The Role

As Product Manager – Acute Care, you will own the strategic direction and commercial success of an Acute Care portfolio focused on patient handling, pressure injury prevention, and caregiver safety across ANZ.

Working closely with sales leaders, clinical stakeholders, and regional marketing teams, you will develop and execute portfolio strategies that drive growth, market share, and customer engagement. You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, shaping value propositions, leading product launches, and delivering programmes that help healthcare professionals improve patient and caregiver outcomes.

What You Will Do

• Lead the strategy, growth, and performance of Stryker's Acute Care portfolio across ANZ, ensuring strong commercial outcomes and customer impact.
• Shape and execute go-to-market plans, product launches, and marketing initiatives that drive market adoption and portfolio growth.
• Translate customer, market, and competitive insights into actionable strategies that strengthen Stryker's position and identify new opportunities.
• Partner with sales, clinical, and regional stakeholders to deliver value-based solutions that improve patient outcomes and support healthcare professionals.
• Build and deploy commercial programmes, educational initiatives, and customer engagement activities that enable sales success and long-term growth.
• Manage portfolio investments and collaborate across global and regional teams to execute strategic priorities and deliver business results.
  

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Health Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience in product management, marketing, or commercial roles, with the ability to develop and execute strategies that drive business results.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or another regulated industry.
• Experience managing a product portfolio, leading product launches, or supporting lifecycle management activities.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with sales, clinical, and regional stakeholders across ANZ or broader markets.
