We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to turn customer insight and data into action, scaling our onboarding, superannuation and employee benefits capabilities to reach more people.

This is a role for someone who loves solving complex problems and making them feel simple. You’ll work across our partner network, internal product teams and shared platform, balancing customer needs, technical complexity and commercial outcomes.

You’ll have real ownership, from discovering the right problems and shaping strategy through to delivery, partner launches, measurement and iteration.

What you'll do

• Lead the product strategy across our partner network, focusing investment on the biggest customer problems and measurable business outcomes.
• Turn strategy into a clear roadmap, partnering with Design, Technology, Data and Marketing to deliver meaningful customer and commercial value.
• Lead customer-led discovery with partners and employers to uncover friction, understand emerging needs and identify growth opportunities.
• Use funnel data and experimentation to improve onboarding journeys, measuring whether changes genuinely move completion and activation.
• Own product relationships with partner leaders and work directly with their engineering teams to navigate integrations and solve problems.
• Own and evolve the shared platforms Flare’s product teams build on, continually improving scalability, reliability, quality and security.
• Influence senior stakeholders across Flare, MYOB and our partners, making clear calls on competing priorities and backing decisions with data.

What you'll bring

• Senior product management experience, ideally across a B2B platform, API, integration or partner-led product.
• Strong product discovery and critical thinking, with a track record of turning customer insight and data into decisions that made an impact.
• A data-driven mindset. You’re comfortable with experimentation and funnel analysis and know how to separate a genuine product problem from a measurement problem.
• Commercial fluency and confidence using customer, product and financial data to prioritise investment and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong partner management skills, with the confidence to influence senior leaders inside and outside the business and create alignment through complexity.
• Enough technical understanding of APIs and integrations to work credibly with engineers and navigate technical conversations.
• High standards. You notice the details others miss, care deeply about the experience you’re creating and keep looking for ways to make it better.

A little about you

You don’t need to be the deepest technical person in the room, but you’re curious enough to get into the detail when it matters.

You can move comfortably between a conversation with engineers about an integration, a partner executive challenging a decision and an internal discussion about where to invest next.

Most importantly, you take ownership. You don’t see shipping as the finish line. You care about whether the product worked, whether customers used it and whether it delivered the outcome you set out to achieve.
